Exchanges


This policy is designed to give each buyer new, clean merchandise that can be resold.

Exchange Policy:
“Strictly Enforced”

1.  NO returns for refunds are permitted, yet exchanges/store credit may be applicable.

2. Exchanges MUST BE MADE within 14 DAYS of purchase or received good such as from shipping.

3. Exchanges are NOT permitted on ANY jewelry, gifts, leggings, active wear, or bralettes-NO EXCEPTIONS!

4. Exchanges may be made for a different size or color of the SAME ITEM ONLY or converted into store credit for the amount paid ONLY when/if that SAME item is no longer in stock!

5. ALL exchanges MUST include original tags still attached, NEW, unworn condition, smoke & pet hair free.

6. Exchanges MUST include a receipt of purchase.

7.  Any exchange is subject for refusal as deemed “necessary” by management such as but not limited to: unshapely or waded clothing, stretched or appears worn, unpleasant order from perfume or other smells, ect.

8. All REDLINE MERCHANDISE is FINAL SALE & not subject to exchanges at all!

9.  If unsure about a gift purchase, please choose a gift certificate to allow the recipient a perfect choice!
